Email Disclaimer

1. Confidentiality
Any email and files transmitted with it originating from any TCM email address is privileged, and confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom it was addressed. If you have received any email from TCM in error please note that the disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents thereof is strictly prohibited. Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received communication in error and permanently deleting it as well as any attachments from your system.

2. Security
TCM puts the security of our customer’s at a high priority. Therefore, we have put efforts into ensuring that emails received from us is error and virus-free. Notwithstanding the reasonable precautions taken to ensure no viruses or malware are present in communications received from TCM, we do not accept responsibility and/or liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any emails or attachments.

3. Authorisation
No employee or agent is authorised to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of TCM with another party by email or contract without express written confirmation of a TCM director.

4. Liability
Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of TCM. Employees of TCM are expressly required not to make defamatory statements and not to infringe or authorize any infringement of copyright or any other legal right by email communications. Notwithstanding this, TCM will not accept any liability in respect of such communication, and the sender will be personally liable for any damages or other liability arising in respect thereof.

5. Fraud
Please be aware of the risks of email and document compromises that may occur through manipulation of content contained. Criminal syndicates may attempt to induce you to make payments due to TCM into the incorrect bank account by intercepting communication from TCM and changing emails, letters or other forms of correspondence so that it appears to have originated from TCM. We will never change our banking details by sending you an email. Any notification of amended banking details that appear to come from our offices are to be ignored and disregarded. Please take precautions before effecting the electronic payments to our office by phoning our offices and confirming our bank account details. In the event of you making payment pursuant to an email purporting to have come from our offices changing account details, you will be liable for any losses you may incur as a result thereof.
